List.Solutions is a data list brokerage service. We connect businesses and organizations with third-party data providers who maintain consumer, business, and healthcare mailing lists and related data products. We act as an intermediary broker, not the original data compiler or list owner.

The data products listed on this Site are sourced from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any third-party data for a particular purpose. All data products are subject to the terms, conditions, and licensing restrictions of their respective data owners.

2. Inquiries and Orders

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not constitute an order or create a binding obligation. All data orders require a separate written agreement, purchase order, or confirmation between you and the relevant data provider, with List.Solutions acting as broker. Pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are subject to change and are confirmed only upon order acceptance.

3. Data Usage and Licensing

Mailing list data obtained through our brokerage services is typically licensed for one-time use unless otherwise specified in your order agreement. You agree to:

• Use rented data only for the specific campaign and purpose approved by the data owner
• Not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute rented data
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding data usage, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, state telemarketing laws, and any industry-specific regulations
• Honor all suppression requests and do-not-contact lists
• Use the data in a manner consistent with the data owner's acceptable use policy

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm individuals, to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, or to collect personal information for purposes not disclosed at the time of collection. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
